Meetings were held on the 13 and 14 August 2015. Big W increased their previous 4 year offer to 2.1%, 2.1%, 2.2% and 2.2% and included an additional $20 for clothing allowances.

ER presented a further offer of 3 years at 2.5% per year and NUW re-presented their 1^st July 2015 offer. The majority of SDA members we spoke with rejected this offer.

Big W assert that staff are being unrealistic when CPI is 1.5% and the operation is in negative growth. The SDA continues to press for wage increases at higher percentages as well as a 3 year agreement and further redundancy improvements. No further meetings have been posted but we will keep you updated.
