The SDA negotiating team met with all parties on the 25th of June to continue negotiating your new agreement, but we hit a roadblock.

There was plenty of discussion around various clauses, including leave provisions, but we’ve reached the point where we need a package to put back to the company.

We know the Company’s offer doesn’t cut the mustard but we need to know what will.  And only you know that!

These are your rates and your right, and we need to know what you want. 

We are going to be meeting with the company again on the 1^st of July and between now and then we need you to tell your delegates what should be in a counter offer.
