Coles SDA delegates and Chris Gazenbeek met with the company again on Friday the 25^th of July.

The latest update is that the negotiations have slowed down significantly.  We are very close to agreement on most of the elements of a very decent proposal, but there remain some significant sticking points.

On a more positive note, the company has increased their wages offer. It’s only a marginal increase, but every dollar counts.
