All parties including the SDA met again today, 20 August 2015. The company considered several SDA clauses concerning RDOs, compassionate leave and offering additional hours to Woolies employees in preference to outside employees. The SDA also tabled an additional offer – offer #3. Upon consultations with members last week, the SDA modified our position whilst still retaining significant improvements for members and employees. Sadly, the company has even rejected this offer and will not reconsider and as such, the SDA is going back to its previous bargaining position.
