On Friday 7 August, 2015 the SDA met with Woolworths for another morning of negotiations. Unfortunately, Woolworths has rejected the SDA’S offer #1 and sadly, they have also taken their offer #1 off the table.

Woolworths has proposed a new offer which the SDA is not happy with and we are sure our members wont be either.

The SDA has asked the company for paid meetings with all members and non-members because it’s time the company gets feedback directly from the floor.

Remember, it’s YOUR RATES, YOUR RIGHTS and that means the new agreement must pass the most important test – YOU! We must get this right!
