Your membership number appears on your SDA/Frequent Values membership card – it is important that you keep your card in a safe place as you will need it to redeem your Frequent Values and Union Shopper discount offers.  If you can’t locate your card it’s not a problem!  Just fill in the details below and we will contact you as soon as possible with your membership number, password and instructions.
