JOINING THE SDA

You can:

1. Complete a membership application form available at your workplace; or

2. Complete the following enquiry form and an Application Form will be mailed to your home address.

Once you become a member of the SDA you gain access to all of our services and benefits and are issued with a personal membership card and number.
