All parties met again on Friday 18 September and we have been told that the Company has removed it’s offer #4.

The SDA put 2 new offers to the company; one with an RDO and the other with a higher pay increase.

Both offers contained pay increases of 3% or above but the company still rejected them and made a counter offer.

Sadly, we had to reject the counter offer and along with other representatives present, the SDA again told the company that the pay percentage increase needs to start with a 3.

Presently, there are no other dates set for the next round of negotiations.
