URGENT UPDATE: The SDA Delegates and Officials met again with the company today to fight for improvements to the package based on feedback from Members and Delegates.

We continued to press Coles and the SDA has secured further positive improvements: 

• No change to incentive pay points,
• Clarity on the Fair Weeks Pay principle,
• An improved position on the casual conversion clause,
• An increased wages offer for Grade 6 employees.

The SDA continues to be the strong voice in securing these improvements for all members and gets the job done.

A revised conditional package will be presented at mass meetings being scheduled for next week when we will seek your views on the improved package.
