The SDA has continually raised concerns with Coles about WMS regarding transparency, performance expectations and payments.

Despite lodging several disputes regarding this system the issues of performance, safety and incentive payments remain largely unresolved.

Since the FWC conference in May 2017, the SDA has met with Coles to press these matters because Coles refuses to accept the fact that their expectations are unrealistic and cause real safety concerns.

On the 21st of July: The SDA’s legal team lodged a more comprehensive dispute with the Fair Work Commission on these matters seeking a determination on whether the system is accurate and if current practices and expectations encourage risk of injuries in the workplace.
