Over the Christmas/New Year period, the SDA ran a successful campaign which encouraged members to sign up two members to go into a draw to win a Vespa. Members across the state were excited by the campaign and they spoke to hundreds of potential members.

The aim of the campaign was twofold. We wanted to introduce non-members to the SDA and of course, we encouraged those employees to join the SDA so that they could enjoy the benefits of SDA unionism.

The winner was chosen at random and the lucky winner was Michelle Fergus from Woolworths Robina. Michelle was excited to win the Vespa as you can see when she was pictured with Chris Gazenbeek, SDA Secretary.
