Following extensive negotiations between Drakes and the SDA Union, the proposed Drakes Supermarkets Retail Agreement 2020 is ready for Drakes workers to consider.

VOTING
Voting will occur in-store via a paper ballot from Monday 30 November 2020 to Sunday 6 December 2020.
Drakes Store Managers will conduct the voting during Team Members’ rostered shifts.
DATE OF OPERATION
If approved by Drakes Team Members, the proposed Agreement will take effect on 1 February 2021 or 7 days after the approval by the Fair Work Commission, whichever is later.
