Voting for the new Big W DC Agreement was completed this afternoon and the Agreement has been accepted by a majority of employees.

The company and SDA will now proceed to have the Formal EBA document signed and lodged with the Fair Work Commission within the next seven days.

This is a good outcome for Big W DC employees as the Agreement will secure:

• a three year agreement;
• pay rises for everyone;
• increases to casual loading; and
• improved redundancy

As there was a positive vote upon approval of the agreement your pay rises will commence from the 19^th July 2021.
